Before I found my passion for real estate, I spent 16 years working in Surgical Services as a Sterile Processing Technician. I was responsible for ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment were cleaned, sterilized, and ready for procedures at various hospitals and surgery centers. It was a demanding role where precision and attention to detail were everything. This experience taught me the value of teamwork, efficiency, and truly listening to people’s needs—skills that have seamlessly carried over into my real estate career.
